In general, serious offences under the POA carry fines up to $5000.00 unless the charging Act allows for a greater penalty or imprisonment. Therefore it is exceedingly important to obtain legal advice as soon as possible.

We will review your case, relevant legislation, legal precedents. In a timely manner we will present you with possible legal services so that together we can develop a suitable defense.
